Thanks Martin,
   I'd be interested to know if the installer at
http://starship.python.net/crew/mhammond/spambayes-1.1a4.exe has the same
DEP issue - I kinda suspect it may have gone away recently due to a change
in pywin32 - but sadly I'm far from sure about that...
