Unfortunately, there's nothing to announce here.  For the time being,
this code is for hacking and testing and playing only.

Rules for Urban Cycling, #2:
When approaching an intersection with a "STOP" sign, you should step pedalling
until you are through the intersection.  At *least* stop accelerating.
