[Spambayes] SpamBayes installation (or not)

I must admit, I had a bit of a hard time getting spambayes working too.  I
think that the 5 steps I used to get it working would have helped me
immensely.  If I get a minute today, I'll get the current readme, add what
I sent, and send you the patch.
