[Spambayes] Spam-Bayes Problem: Drop-down Window Disabled in Outlook

It appears Windows disabled the drop-down window for the SpamBayes
button when opening Outlook (When I click on the "down arrow", nothing
happens. Also, the "Delete As Spam" button no longer works.)

Any experience with this issue? Any help/advice?
