Unfortunately, Outlook uses a rather bizarre method for creating
invisible backgrounds on custom buttons that it is not possible to
accomplish with the current version of the Python language that is used
to write the SpamBayes plugin.  The best alternative I can think of
write now is to design icons that fill the entire button area so that
you don't see any "background".
