I think you said you were using Outlook 2002/XP. If so, Mark very
recently (yesterday? today?) checked something into CVS about this.

If you're working from the 1.0a1 prerelease off the website, I guess
you'll have to wait for the new release (due soon, I believe). If
you're comfortable with CVS, you can get the current CVS version and
that should work.

PS I use Outlook 2000, so I don't have this problem. I may be wrong
   about any of the above :-)
