[Spambayes] ANNOUNCE: New SpamBayes binary for Outlook available

Version 0.3 of the Outlook addin for SpamBayes is available from:
http://starship.python.net/crew/mhammond/spambayes

This version should fix most installation problems experienced by would-be
users of the 0.2 release.  It also has a large number of bug fixes, and a
number of new minor features.  For information on the new features, see the
new 'Configuration Guide', included in the release.

This version is significantly more cautious about when it saves
configuration and training data, so should be far more stable - all users of
previous versions are encouraged to upgrade.

If you have any problems, please see the "troubleshooting guide" included
with the product.  This, and all other information can be found via the
"about.html" file, also included.  An online version of this document can be
