[Spambayes] Binary 03 problems

I've experienced the same.

Mark Hammond tipped me to delete the following file:
\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat

This does the trick, apart from all toolbars positions being reset in
outlook.
