[Spambayes] Can't install spam filter

Hello,

I'm running Windows 2000, SP 4, with Office XP SP 1.  When I try to 
install, I get the "Unable to register the DLL/OCX.

DllREgisterServer failed; code 0x80040201" problem.  This item has 
already been reported for item


    764325.

Do you have any recommendations?  I have tried to run regsvr32.exe 
specifying the spambayes_addin.dll, to no avail.
