[Spambayes] unable to load spambayes

[VDY]

I have been trying to load spambayes without success.  I did the auto
installer and when I do that I get an error registering the addin.dll.
I also tried to load it manually by loading python then the windows
component, then the spambayes and clicking the addin.py, again without
success.  Here is the log file from one of the attempts

I am running xp professional
Outlook XP
Spambayes 003

Any ideas.  I get nothing in Outlook, no toolbar, nothing in the addin
checkboxes.
