[Spambayes] unable to load spambayes

Actually, that log is just fine, and the runtime is likely to give the same
one.  This means that one of the Outlook type libraries is not installed,
but I have no idea how that happened.  I have heard anecdotally that getting
out your Office CD and "repairing" it may work.
