[Spambayes] Configuration setting not stored.

Great tool - working great!  But ....
 
Running XP Pro, Outlook 2002.  Installed SpamBayes, and configured it, ran it and everything is good.
Exit from Outlook and start Outlook up again and SpamBayes looks like a new install - not enabled, forgot all the folder defs, forgot all the actions.
Looks like the config file never gets saved.
 
Any suggestions?
