[Spambayes] There was an error initializing the SpamBayes

Mark fixed a *similar* error
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=765242&group_id=61
702&atid=498103) a few days ago. It was on the encode side not decode.

This is beyond my depth at the current time. You'll have to wait for Mark to
address it.
