It depends on which options you specify.  See the source code for details

Previous tests were run ignoring the body entirely, and ignoring the headers
entirely.  Both variants did pretty well, but not as well as looking at
both.

I'm afraid I don't understand what else you may be suggesting, but it
doesn't matter <wink>:  as it said in the msg you're replying to,

    Write code to try it, and run comparative tests.  The results
    will tell us whether it's an improvement.
