[Spambayes] Work-around for "dll won't stay checked"

Too much dinking around trying to post this to sourceforge.,  The problem is
that SB locks up. Force restart of Outlook disabled SB, and if you go to
Tools, Options, Other, Advanced, Comm Addins SB will not stay checked. For
Outlook XP, on Windows 2000 SP3

 

1: Close Outlook, find the user's OUTCMD.DAT file and rename/delete.

2: Go to the user profile\Applications data\spambayes folder and delete the
db files and the {username}.ini file 

4: open Outlook and go to tools, Options, Other, Advanced, Comm Addins, and
remove the Spambayes add-in and then add it back in.

5: Setup and retrain as normal, end of problem.
