[Spambayes] outlook plugin

I love it. Have been using it for a week and your plugin now stops 100% of
all spam with no false positives.

The outlook plugin should put up some sort of progress bar whenever it is
doing something. This dialog should allow cancelling. One of my archives is
over 1GB and spambayes takes quite a bit of time perusing there.

Wish it was written in C/C++ so that it would be very fast on large email
files.
