[Spambayes] muttrc file in the source distro

:)  This should have been changed a *long* time ago.  (Once apon a time
the classification header was called "X-Hammie-Disposition").  I've
checked in the fix, thanks.

Is there anything in there that's not specific to your system that might
help our docs?  If so, would you mind sharing?
