Am I right in thinking that the two ini files are very separate?  i.e.
you shouldn't hand-edit any Outlook options into the old ini file, and
shouldn't put any 'core' options in the Outlook ini file?

Do you plan to rename the old ini file so that it's also based on the
profile?

(Nice work, BTW :)  Hope the options stuff wasn't too hard to work
through; I tried to keep Outlook in mind when doing it, but I didn't
really know what you wanted).
