[Spambayes] Keeping Spam from causing email notification

The next version of the plugin will have the ability to mark messages as
read/unread for various operations (ie, both the filtering, and the "Delete
as/Recover From Spam" buttons.

These wont be in the user interface - you will need a text editor and to
read the docs that will come with it - but it will be there!
