[Spambayes] cannot start

Hi

I successfully downloaded, with no button on the task bar.  I followed your instructions to goto COM add-Ins where the Spam Bayed addin is listed but not ticked.  I tried to tick the box, but each time I close the dialogue box it comes back as unticked again.

Can you help?  (Win 98 and Outlook 2000).
