We already generate one of

    proto:http
    proto:https
    proto:ftp

depending on what's approrpriate.

Look in your database for the spamprob on 'proto:http'.  My bet is that it's
near neutral; it's reasonable to expect that a "found a URL" token would
have the same spamprob.
