[Spambayes] Outlook Plugin Problems...

Well I ended up trying the outlook installer because I couldn't handle
all the spam (it is amazing how HUGE a difference SpamBayes makes, kudos
to you all) and it worked fine. I have no idea why the CVS version
wouldn't. I'll take a closer look when I have more time.
