Summary: No hourglass when building folder lists

Initial Comment:
Building the folder list can be slow with an Exchange
server.  For a few seconds, SpamBayes looks like it is
doing nothing - it needs an hourglass.  We will also
need an hourglass when expanding trees, and they are
done on demand.
