[Spambayes] Strange message

I am receiving the following message when I installed Spambayes.  I am
receiving the same message when I start Outlook 2000 after installing
Spambayes.  The operating System I am using is Windows XP Professional.  Can
you tell me how to resolve this issue?  I have uninstalled and re-installed
but keep getting this message after installing Spambayes.
