I tried it (my Zip drive is E:) and got

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'e:\\foo'

It may be OS-specific (I'm on 2K Pro). I've seen dialog
boxes like this before. Zip drive support on Windows
(especially for older zip drives like mine) seems flakey
at times :-(
