[Spambayes] install issues

Not good news, I'm afraid.  This is a known problem with the installer
that Mark used to create the binary.  He notes in the SF bug that he's
going to try and fix it for the next release; I'm not sure if he has or
not.

The only workaround is to install Python and use the source - alpha2
should work, or CVS definitely will.
