Overall I am impressed with the capabilities of ZoneAlarm.  Many thanks!

However, frequently Outlook shows that it is downloading 3 (as an example) email
messages but only one shows up in my inbox and NONE in the spam folders.  In
other words the sum of the messages in the inbox plus those in the spam folders
is often less than the number actually downloaded.

Where might these other emails go?
