[Spambayes] Support request

I am running windows XP pro and outlook xp, with spambayes 0.7.

Spambayes is not automatically filtering spam.  It only scores email when I
manually run the filter.

I have looked at the trouble-shooting guide, but am stil having trouble.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.
