[Spambayes] re: Error Message

When I begin installing SpamBayes, on my Compaq Presario laptop( 2yrs
old) I get this pop-up message.  I tried 'retry' but that did not work.
I choose 'Ignore'.  
 
I assume the app is not running since I do not the usual message-- on
choosing manual Vs automatic learn mode.  .  I'm using native windows
X-P, MS Office 2000; 256 RAM, 20 GB HD, I GHz processor.
 
Any suggestions?
