Tony, I just updated from 0.7 to 0.81 Sept.9 & now have no db. My db had over 18,000 spam & now has 14. That's a great deal of time lost. Now I will have to retrain for the product to work. What happened? Do you make a backup of the db prior to installing the update? Where can I find the backup? Kenneth Hart
