You were definitely in the right directory?  You definitely typed that
exactly?  If you do "dir" in that directory, do you see the setup.py
file?

Why do you think it only contains the icon and the file name?  What you
are trying to do is run the file "setup.py" with the parameter
"install".

Try typing "c:\python23\python.exe setup.py install" (maybe you don't
have Windows setup to run .py files through Python).  (If you installed
Python somewhere that wasn't c:\python23, then change that in the
command).
