[Spambayes] Multiple inboxes seemingly treated as one in

I have my Outlook 2000 configured to open two mailboxes, my primary
email account, and the account that I use for my Intranet. If we have an
enterprise-wide message sent to our Global list, I only see (now, after
Spambayes, the last 3 releases) all messages in my primary mailbox. The
Intranet's mailbox doesn't ever get any mail like that if my outlook is
online, spambayes grabs it all and puts it in my mailbox. I think it even
grabs stuff from the Intranet's mailbox when it starts up, but I am not
really sure.

I just sent a message from myself to the Intranet Mailbox with several
good triggering phrases from the traditional porn teasers to selected items
from the MS outlook filer. It showed up in my BayesUnsure mail box with a
49% score. I was please that after I deleted it as spam that the score shot
up to 87%. And I only have that one instance of the product that Bob Dole
pitched for in that one message, love the on the fly training.

But, I have to keep my mailbox open while at the office all the time.
Is there any way to beat the Spambayes taking over Both inboxes?

Thanks
