[Spambayes] Outlook 2003 RTM and SpamBayes 0.8.1

I can't seem to get this to work.  Has anyone had any luck with this?

I can see the toolbar but it doesn't function.  The addin is not listed
with the COM Addins nor can I add it manually.  I've tried uninstalling
and reinstalling as well.

Any thoughts or ideas?
