You're quite right - there's a timeout of one minute, which seems far too
small to me.  I've changed it to twenty minutes (CVS Dibbler.py 1.8).  It
doesn't fix the underlying problem, but it should make it far less likely
to occur.  I've raised the underlying problem as bug number 823929.
