Hi, I don't think it's a COM-Addin, as I'm using a running SpamBayes
Outlook Addin (with Outlook 2002 thought), but it's not listed in the
COM-List either.
Have you tried to look at the ist of disabled add-ins ?

Here how to see this list (with outlook 2002): Menu Help->About->last
button on screen: "disabled items".

Furthermore, I read the addin is not functional if you didn't train at
least 5 ham and 5 spam. but I think in this case at least the
toolbar-menu would drop-down.
