[Spambayes] No "recover from spam" button

I am using Outlook 2003 and the SpamBayes Outlook plugin version 0.81 on XP
Pro. The problem is that the "recover from spam" button is missing. I don't
remember when it first disappeared but its appearance was intermittent for a
while and it completely disappeared a couple of weeks ago. The "Delete as
Spam" and "SpamBayes" buttons are still there. Except for the missing
button, the program seems to be operating correctly.

I tried

1. Deleting the SpamBayes toolbar (via right-click, customize, delete) and
restarting but it did not work.

2. Exiting Outlook, deleting outcmd.dat and restarting but it didn't work.

The contents of my log file follow:

Loaded bayes database from 'C:\Documents and Settings\dgrinberg\Application
Data\SpamBayes\default_bayes_database.db'

Loaded message database from 'C:\Documents and
Settings\dgrinberg\Application Data\SpamBayes\default_message_database.db'

Bayes database initialized with 3369 spam and 140 good messages

SpamBayes Outlook Addin, Binary version 0.81 (September 9, 2003) starting
(with engine SpamBayes Beta2, version 0.2 (July 2003))

on Windows 5.1.2600 (Service Pack 1)

using Python 2.3+ (#46, Aug  6 2003, 16:39:24) [MSC v.1200 32 bit (Intel)]

SpamBayes: Watching for new messages in folder Inbox

SpamBayes: Watching for new messages in folder spam

Processing 0 missed spam in folder 'Inbox' took 0.463746ms

Creating new SpamBayes toolbar to host our buttons

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you,

Dennis
