How to uninstall the Outlook Add-In?

after I upgraded MS-Outlook 2000 I can´t even select the SpamBayes menu in the Outlook toolbar (immediate Outlook crash). 
Since I now have a server based Spam filter I don´t need SpamBayes anymore. Is there a way to uninstall this add-in properly (I don´t even know whether an unistall item was in the menu)?
