[Spambayes] error

Hi,  I am trying to install the outlook addin version 0081 and keep
getting the following error message during installation.
 
C:\Program Files\Spambayes Outlook Addin\spambayes_dll
 
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: DllRegisterServer failed; code
0x00000000
 
I then get 3 options,  Abort retry and ignore.
 
None of these helps.
 
What am I doing wrong?
