[Spambayes] Help!

Hi there ... I am not technical, but use my computer quite a lot for my writing and accounting. I heard about SpamBayes on a talk show about computers and it sounds wonderful because I get hundreds of "porn" and "lose weight" and "prescription drug" spams per day and it's driving me nuts. I'm not technical enough to know how to download SpamBayes. I've spent a lot of time on your site, but it's Greek to me. Is there anyone I can contact in the Los Angeles, Hollywood, Burbank/Pasadena areas who could help me? Of course, I would pay for consultation.
