[Spambayes] Question about disabling

I'm afraid I don't understand the question. SpamBayes is always sitting
there, but is only actually doing something when Outlook tells it a new mail
arrives. If no new mail arrives, SpamBayes does nothing.
There is no way to only have it load when you are receiving.
