Yes, Open Source software is free for use by anyone. Non-discrimination
against fields of endeavor is one of the basic requirements for open-source
licensed software:

While donations to the PSF are appreciated, they're not required either.
Even more appreciated would be if you liked the program so much that you
contributed some of your time here to answering questions like yours
<wink -- but that's how Open Source works, by volunteer efforts>.
