[Spambayes] Custom Menu disappears from Toolbar

Ever since I installed SpamBayes Outlook Plug in, my custom menu (a
quicklist of email addresses) disappears after closing Outlook.  In
other words, I create the menu, it works fine, I close Outlook, and when
I reopen it the menu is no longer there.  It was working fine before I
installed SpamBayes.  I searched Microsoft's Knowledge Base, but didn't
find anything there about any of the updates causing this issue.  Could
it be the SpamBayes?

 

Operating System:  Windows 2000 sp4

Outlook version: Outlook 2002 with all updates installed

SpamBayes version: 8.1
