[Spambayes] One address/ folder not working?

I have installed SpamBayes and it has been chugging away for a couple of
weeks now.
I have 5 accounts that I get email to in Outlook.  My typical way of working
with email was to create a folder for 4 of the accounts and move the email
into those folders (one stays in the inbox).

SpamBayes works GREAT, on all but one of those accounts/folders.  It
consistently has spam in it.  I mean of the 30 emails I might get to it in
one day, 25 are spam and they are all sitting in the folder.  I tried
removing the folder from SpamBayes "list" and then re-adding it back, with
no better results.

Help?
