Yes.

AFAIK, for all the applications (it helps to say which one you're using)
you can just do the install over the top of the old one and everything
will work fine.  This is definitely the case with the Outlook plug-in
(unless, possibly, you are upgrading from a really old version like
003), pop3proxy, and imapfilter.
