[Spambayes] Problem to start User Interface ...

Hi to all,
I have a problem so start the User Interface.
 
If I type ./pop3proxy.py -d hammie.db ...
 
.. I get Loading database... User interface url is http://localhost:8880/
<http://localhost:8880/> 
 
But I saw in another post that should be Loading database ... Done.
 
What's my problem ?
