[Spambayes] Broken Link to Instructions

What link?  The one in the SpamBayes toolbar dropdown menu?  The website
one still seems to work - go to:
<http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/docs.html> and click on the link to
the "About" file.  Or go directly to:
<http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/spambayes/spambayes/Ou
tlook2000/about.html?rev=HEAD>.

If the toolbar link is broken, this would indicate that something is
wrong with your spambayes installation, though, and it would be worth
looking into that.
