[Spambayes] SpamBayes cannot register with all users help

I follow install instructions and uae this command

 

regsvr32.exe /i:hkey_local_machine "c:\Program
Files\SpamBayes\bin\outlook_addin.dll"

 

It returns with the error dllinstall cannot find entry point

 

Help.
