[Spambayes] outlook.pst deleted by antivirus --> spambayes KO

I had my outlook.pst deleted by Kaspersky last night and I don't know why, the
"create backup copy of infected file" option was disabled.

When starting Outlook 2003/Windows XP this morning, it was broken. I created a
new datafile, received 224 messages and trained Spambayes on them, but SpamBayes
is not very happy with that:
