[Spambayes] Accidentally deleted SPAM folder

Help,
I accidentally & completely deleted my SPAM folder from Outlook.
The suspected file is still intact.
I tried just putting in another folder titled SPAM but have lost the button in the suspects folder to remove out of Spam back into my in box and the button from my in-box to put into my Spam folder doesn't work.
 
HELP !
