[Spambayes] Delete as SPAM thru OWA

Assuming that you have the appropriate "incremental training" options turned
on ("Training" tab in the Manager dialog) this should work.  It does for me
here with Outlook 2002 SP2 (not sure if I can figure out how to get the OWA
version).
